The Knoxville Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Chief Jack Baldwin of the Pigeon Forge Police Department (PFPD) are asking for the public’s assistance to identify the man who robbed a Pigeon Forge bank Wednesday.
At approximately 11:14 a.m. Wednesday, a man entered the Home Federal Bank located at 3671 Parkway in Pigeon Forge and passed a note to a teller demanding money.
Witnesses described the suspect as a white male with brown hair, late 20s to mid 30s with a goatee, between 6-feet to 6-feet-2-inches tall, and approximately 240 to 260 pounds.
The suspect was wearing a faded-blue baseball cap, khaki shorts, a short-sleeve, blue polo style shirt with a white t-shirt underneath, and tennis shoes.
After obtaining an undetermined amount of money, the suspect left the scene on foot.
