No one was injured when a car slammed into the Seymour McDonald’s last Thursday, knocking out one of the building’s windows.
The wreck occurred in the late afternoon when 78-year-old Lois Smith of Seymour attempted to pull into a parking space.  Her gas pedal became stuck and the vehicle struck the building.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol handled the investigation and no charges have been filed.
A manager at McDonald’s was unsure of the cost to repair the damage or how long it would take.
