Children from Seymour Head Start recently participated in a Zumbatomic class led by Adriana Gomez Mannon.
The 20 minute class was part of a health and fitness week where students learn the advantages of a healthy lifestyle.
Zumbatomic is a program structured specifically for young children and includes fun music and repetitive moves that are easy for children to learn.
Mannon is a licensed instructor at The Rush-Chapman Hwy. For more information about the class she can be reached at 573-9660.
