The Great South Athletic Conference has named its Player of the Week award for the week with Maryville's Mikee Moore taking home the honors.  
For Moore, the selection is his first of the season though he is the third Scot to collect the honor in 2011.
Moore earns his Player of the Week selection for his three-game performance at the Southeast Ohio Invitational as the sophomore was 7-for-12 (.583) at the plate with six runs scored as he stroked a double and drove in a run.  
The Scot recorded an on-base percentage of .667 with a pair of walks as he was also a perfect two for two in stolen base attempts.
The Maryville outfielder's highlight came when he concluded tournament play with a four for five day against Muskingum scoring three runs.
