We have all certainly been enjoying the taste of spring in our area.
Temperatures have been way above normal for this time of the year and the biggest complaint I have heard from people is about their sinus issues.
Well, there may be a few more complaints the next few days as we will once again find ourselves in another unsettled weather pattern.
Try to remember that half a nice weekend is better than none at all–(Yes that's a hint at what's coming)
By Thursday a cold front will have dropped temperatures significantly from the unseasonably warm levels of the early part of the week.
Most areas will not see temperatures get out of the 50s for highs on Thursday. What a change from the Upper 70's we had been seeing.
As a matter of fact, you will have to keep up with the local forecasts concerning your gardens on Thursday Night as Temperatures may very drop into the Low 30s. So I hope you still know where your coats are as you will need them early Friday morning.
We will see a bit of a break on Friday with temperatures near 60 but the clouds will start to increase through the day. The cold front that plowed through our area Wednesday night will be returning to our area as a warm front along with a low pressure area for the first part of the weekend.
So don't make your outdoor plans this weekend for Saturday. Showers may develop late Friday night but we will see showers and even the possibility of thunder storms again on Saturday and they will continue into Saturday Night. So you now have an excuse NOT to do that yard work on Saturday if you were looking for one.
The skies will clear out during the day Sunday making it the much better day of the weekend. But high temperatures will only be in the 50s again on Sunday and temperatures will be quite cool again by Sunday night.
After a nice start on Monday, another system very similar to the one we will see Saturday may return the threat of showers and storms to our area again by Tuesday or Tuesday night.
So the unseasonably warm temperatures will be replaced by cooler temperatures with the threat of scattered showers or thunder storms every few days.
Right now Saturday and Tuesday look like  your best chances of getting wet. So enjoy your weekend but I would make any outdoor plans for Sunday and keep Saturday as more of a stay at home type of day with the high threat of wet weather.
