A Grand Jury returned an indictment for a Sevier County man who police said shot a teenage girl.
Ronnie Stansbury is accused of discharging a shotgun on his property that struck Amanda Dennis on the neighboring property.  
The shooting occurred in December of 2009, but no indictment was issued at that time.
Last week, Stansbury was indicted by a different Grand Jury on charges of aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.
