Visitations to Great Smoky Mountains National Park were down last month compared to a year earlier.
Entries into the Smokies were down by 12.4 percent last month when compared to November 2009 levels.
Year to date visitation through November is up 1.7 percent over 2009.
All three major entrances showed a decline for November 2010.
Gatlinburg’s entrance was down 25.3 percent, Townsend’s entrance was down 12.3 percent and Cherokee’s entrance was down 2.5 percent.
