Residents had to use an alternate route last week during a Seymour road closure.
Boyd’s Creek Hwy. was closed at Old Sevierville Pike to prepare for an upcoming project.

The construction is part of an improvement project that has been scheduled for the intersection.
Construction in the area will be ongoing and KUB urges motorists to be alert for lane shifts, narrowed lanes, and workers present throughout the project.
During the recent construction there was a big push to complete the project in one day before 3 p.m. to avoid school traffic.
