Several thefts took place in Seymour over a period of four days.
The first theft took place on Chapman Hwy. at about 2 p.m. Sept. 14.
Two thefts occurred on Sept. 15, one in the 900 block of Maryville Hwy. at 9:43 p.m. and the other took place at 9:20 a.m. in the 520 block of Texas St.
On Sept. 16 three separate thefts took place in Seymour. The first was reported at 10:42 a.m. in the 520 block of Evergreen St., the second was reported at 11:30 a.m. in the 1700 block of Dinkins Rd., and the third was reported at 2:47 p.m. in the 1000 block of S. Old Sevierville Pike.
The seventh theft to take place over the four day period was reported at 12:30 a.m. in the 2300 block of McCleary Rd.
There were also two reports on prowlers during this time period, both reports were located in the 900 block of Alpine Rd.
