We The People

In Seymour, as in the rest of the country, we are looking for government money.  Many don’t stop to realize that this is all borrowed money and when we do get some of it we can’t keep it for long.  It has to be passed around to others.

We keep it long enough to become accustomed to the feel of it and boy does it feel good.  It then gets passed around again and after awhile some more comes from a different government source.

Hey isn’t this a nice government to be so good to us?  This money doesn’t exist, it never did it was all based on taxes and borrowing.  The government has no money.  But because it keeps coming around and is doled out by the government we start thinking, gee, what a nice government.  

One day for that nice government, the piper will want to be paid.  Paid they will be, paid with our freedom which we have already given up.  What the government doesn’t now own it soon will.  One of our major political parties has sold out and who knows what will happen to the other.

The Tea Party is splintering and the others aren’t getting it together.
Very few of our government agencies are now under the purview of appointed by department heads who were appointed by the president with the advice and consent of the senate.  
That was an exercise to placate the Senate.  The president went on to name CZARS as agency heads, giving them total power.  Nowhere in our constitution does the word czar appear nor does it give any agency that the president does.
Why did/does the senate put up with this disregard and mockery of their position?  Not a word did they utter not a hand was raised, on either side of the chamber.  
Once in a while the senate and the house take a little action.  If the Congress of the United States won’t do the job, it will be relegated to us, we the people. Of course that is where it belongs.  
We must take issue with our politicians; forget about their promises and what they have returned to our congressional districts.  
Forget about what they can return, forget except for one important thing.  Preserve our liberty and our constitution.  
In this we have what no other country has, life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.  Live free or die.  I’m not ready to die.
With attention and prayer we can remain a free country.  Pray for our brothers and sisters pray fervently to God.  We must remain vigilant and faithful.
