Is Seymour being picked on?
No not really the same forty some days of bad weather are affecting the rest of the country.
In some parts they are having much worse weather, plus wild fires.
Thank God that our weather isn't worse than it is.
High school football practice has started.  This time of year we have a lot of young men suffer, seriously, from the heat.
Coaches, listen-up, you are not out there to punish or make heroes out of these kids.
Well the election is coming up and I'm still going, eeny miney moe, catch a candidate by the toe.
I am still getting election material in the mail and of course on TV.  I think it should have been mailed earlier.  That would give more time to investigate their claims.  However, that might be their reason for the late mailing.
Over in K-town it seems like the big issue is back yard chicken keeping is getting a lot of attention.
One of the big reasons is brought on by the current economy.  Chicken keeping will be limited to a maximum of six chickens.  About a dozen or so eggs will be produced.
With your chickens you might save a dollar or so a week.  In Knoxville possibly not, you will be paying fifty dollars a year for your chicken license.
Of course you will be buying some feed and some equipment. It's a coin flip whether or not it will pay off.
Well here in some of our area your subdivision restrictions might prohibit raising chickens or anything other than a dog or cat or two.
Check it out where you live.
Now with limited zoning in some areas you might also restricted raising non domestic animals.
With everything that is going on we have to keep our friends, neighbors and military in our prayers.
Please, keep God in your life
