With the 4th of July Weekend coming up, the 411 Motor Speedway has announced some exciting things coming up this Saturday.
Pepsi will sponsor the “Pepsi Firecracker 300“, which speedway regulars have heard a lot about during the past few weeks over the PA announcements, but most details were still being worked on through the past few weeks.
But now, less than a week away, most of the details have come together, and several things are in store for drivers and fans alike.
All local divisions will be racing for extra money throughout the night. The premier division, the Late Models, will be running for $1,000 to win, and an extra $100 is on the line for the night’s “Chuck Ward Real Estate Investments Fast Car Dash.”
In addition to the late models, the speedway will have $300 to win races in all of its other classes, which includes Mod-Mini, Topless Modified, Super Truck, Street Stock, Classic, and Pure-Mini.
There will also be a fireworks show after the racing action.
All regular times and prices will apply this Saturday. Adult grandstand admission is $10, kids 6 to 11 year old are $5, and kids 5 years old and younger.
Tier parking is $15, regardless of age, and is the only area on the property where alcohol is permitted. Pit passes are $25. Pit gates will open at 3:30 p.m., grandstand gates at 5 p.m., drivers meeting at 5:15 p.m., with
hot-laps beginning at 5:30 p.m., and featuring racing will begin around 7:30 p.m.
The Speedway is located 14 miles southeast of downtown Knoxville, and 14 miles west of Sevierville.
From Knoxville, follow Hwy 441 South until Hwy 411 South, turn right, track is 1 mile on the right (behind the BP). From Sevierville, follow Hwy 441 North until Hwy 411 South, turn left, track is 1 mile on the right (behind the BP).
