The City of Sevierville announced the temporary closure of several downtown streets between 8 a.m. and noon May 30.
     The closures are necessary to facilitate the Smoky Mountain Thunder Memorial Motorcycle Ride.
      The following streets will be closed to traffic: Court Avenue, from Commerce Avenue to Joy Street; Bruce Street, from the Court House to the Parkway; Bruce Street, from the Parkway to Gary Wade Blvd. during motorcycle staging near the end of the event.
