A third man has been arrested in connection with a Sevier County Murder.
     Sevier County Sheriff Ron Seals said that Shannon Rodney Baltimore, 32, of 1311 Dorthy Lane, Knoxville, was apprehended on May 20 near the bus station on Magnolia Ave. in Knoxville.  
     Baltimore had been charged with First Degree Murder in connection with the Homicide of Mary Jo Miller in Straw Plains on May 7 and on May 19, after reviewing the evidence with the District Attorney General, Baltimore was entered into the N.C.I.C was also put on the T.B.I. top ten wanted list.
     On May 20 a Knoxville Police Dept. Officer spotted Baltimore and after running him in N.C.I.C. discovered he was a wanted person and detained him for Sevier Co. Authorities.  
     Baltimore was booked into Sevier Co. Jail under a $750,000 Bond and a hearing date will be set in Sevier Co. General Session Court.
     The investigation is continuing and anyone with information is asked to call Sevier Co. Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division at (865) 428-1899.
