How was your Easter?  I hope that it wasn’t dedicated to who ate the chocolate ears off my bunny? 
        For me it seems that each year I learn something else to reinforce my belief in the Risen Christ, I like that. 
        Jo prepared a really nice Easter dinner for the two of us, only problem was it was so good that I ate too much. 
        Do you have a position on heavier fines and more enforcement on speeders?
        Some of the reasons for not enforcing the speed limits make about as much sense as not having to pay the full tab on your grocery bill or full price at the gas pump.
        I feel the same way about red light cameras or speed zone cameras. If you are a law abiding citizen why do you need a radar detector?       
        Well, where are we, Spring, Summer or is Winter lurking in the shadows getting ready to spring from the shadows and shout gotcha?  
        When it comes to our weather I won’t make any bets.  My dogs don’t seem to be getting rid of their winter coats so they aren’t much help as weather predictors.
        Is it the tea party or the TEA Party. Well besides a bunch of stuffed shirts getting together and quaffing down some tea and sharing information the latest gossip, then came the Boston ‘tea party’ where a bunch of colonists dressed as American Indians boarded some ships in Boston Harbor.
        The idea was to destroy their cargo of tea in protest of the high tariff on tea and other goods. They called it taxation without representation. 
        That was one a forerunners of the Revolutionary War.  Since then tea parties became more in vogue where little girls made tea for mom and dad and made a big ‘too do’ about their tea party. 
        Now, today tea party or TEA party is coming back into use in a political sense. I go along with TEA Party, TAXED ENOUGH ALREADY.  
        Either way it is garnering attention and might be the lynch pin for an enhanced interest in our political systems. This Fall and the next two years might prove to be far more active in third party activity. 
        I was not surprised by the increase in criminal activity do to the financial condition of many today.  I am really surprised at the increase of crimes against children. 
        Our law enforcement agencies are nearly overwhelmed with these crimes.  Maybe the computer era and internet is partially to blame for these activities.  We all need to be praying for each other and seeking His direction and grace.
