According to Sevier County Sheriff Ron Seals a Sevier County man has been charged in connection with a residential burglary in the Kodak community.  
The Sheriff's Office investigated a residential burglary on Saturday February 13, 2010 in which a flat screen televisions, a large amount of prescription medication and jewelry had been stolen.  
The investigation determined that a subject had been seen in the area prior to the burglary and burglarized the home just after the victim left the residence.
The subject was identified as Seth Joe Summerall, age 28 of 606 Caughron Drive Sevierville and that he had outstanding warrants issued by Sevierville Police Department for Theft, Criminal Trespassing, and Shoplifting.  
Deputies searched the area for Summerall and received a tip that he was in the Harrisburg Road area and deputies located him minutes later at his residence and was taken into custody.  
Information from the arrest lead investigators to recover over $1,000.00 in stolen property from the burglary.
The investigation is continuing and additional arrests are expected. Summerall was charged with Aggravated Burglary, Theft over $1,000.00, Theft, Criminal Trespassing, and Shoplifting.
Summerall was arraigned before a Magistrate and his bond was set at $40,000.00. He also is being held on a warrant from Cocke County on unrelated charges.  Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective John D. Brown with the Sheriff's Office at (865) 428-1899.
