I would guess that it depends on who you’re talking to.  It does however seems to be all around us.  It’s reported in all our neighboring counties.  I, for one am reporting in among the sick, lame or lazy, probably all three. 
I don’t think it is Swine Flu.  Pigs don’t sweat but the expression belies that expression of ’sweating like a pig’. Me I am sweating like a hot tub, coughing and ache like I played the big Saturday game.  I hope we we’re not embarrassed. So far I‘ve cancelled two hard to get doctor’s appointments.  I hope the team is doing better than I am. Strange but true, I have been sweating profusely up until I had my first cuppa coffee. I still feel bad but not sweating so much.  I know that cuppa didn’t cure me, I just like a good cup of coffee to start any day.
It seems like crime is on the rise in our Tri County Area. From meth to coke to weed it appears that our law enforcement agencies are getting the job done. Crime against children seems to be higher or at least better reported. I hope that it is just being better reported. There is a very special place for these people, if they can be referred to as people, that place is supposed to be very hot, the hotter the better.  Amongst every thing else let’s give them the flu, I’ll let them have mine.
I hope that you have given some thought to helping out Tim James. I know, it seems like there is always somebody that needs some help, that’s true. I am sure that is why our Lord has given most of us an abundant life, God hopes that we will look at it that way.  If we really start counting our blessings we will probably never stop counting.
Speaking of counting it seem, no, it’s true that our loses in Afghanistan and Iraq are rising. I don’t directly have anybody there but they are all there for me, for us, for USA. About twenty years ago the Russian army went into Afghanistan. They were not a meek army, in fact they had quite a fighting reputation, and they left about ten years later. They couldn’t get much more than a toehold. It seems, to me, that we are not using all the equipment that we have or could have. From what little I know we have quite a weapon in the UAV ‘unmanned aerial vehicle’. They are an virtual formidable ’eye in the sky’ they can look, hear and destroy with no offense, far better than ’boots on the ground. They are almost impossible to be seen or heard. Hey I’m not a war strategist but by golly Molly let’s get it done and get out or like the Russians just pull out. It appears to me that we are there to protect their drug trade, I don’t mean the troops, they are doing their job and a lot of American blood is being spilled. God Bless our fighting American men and women.
