In their first away from home match, the Lady Eagle's (97) defeated Morristown West (114) but lost to Morristown East (90) at Millstone Golf Course.
Seymour was led by Megan Ganble with a 47 and Bailey Webb with a 50.
Girl medalist was Katlyn Harville with a 41.
The most spectacular shot of the day was made by Bailey Webb knocking in an iron shot from 120 yards out.  It hit about 12 feet in front of the pin and rolled across the green into the hole.
The Boy’s team (175) lost to both Morristown West (145) and Morristown East (163).
The medalist was Kyle Grisby with an incredible 33, three under par.
Seymour’s young golfers were at a disadvantage playing on Morristown East’s home course from the tips at over 3,200 yards with heavy thick Bermuda rough.  The Eagles were led by freshman Parker Rudder (42), Justice Murphy (43), Michael Bennett (44) and Conner Simmons (46).  Coach Householder commented, “I wasn’t very disappointed with the outcome considering the distance of the tees we played (back) and the difficulty of the rough.  It was great for the girls to get their first win.”
