Looking back on Seymour can really be a good thing, looking forward from today will hopefully be on good days to come.  More about that later.  
First with the past, but where do I start with the past?  With the first bank or the first traffic light, with the White Store aka the IGA.  Jo Ann’s grandfather Joseph Anderson Riggs had a small farm  not too far out from Chapman Highway.  Jo Ann was raised in South Knoxville.  After I stole her away to live in San Ysidro, CA  her mother and father moved to Highland View and then on into Seymour.  
    After the first bank and much later the first traffic light came six or seven banks and three more red lights, several shopping centers and numerous professional offices and a swarm of fast food places and a few restaurants.  
From such a meager start where do we go from here?
    Well there might be a few varied answers to that question.  Tom Diaz whom is a renowned author  and an expert on criminal violence i.e. ’Gang and street violence’ just recently taught at a conference of law enforcement agencies held in Anaheim, CA.  He just recently published his latest book, ’No Borders’ it is the ’SCARY’ truth of this countries’ direction.  This I know, I spent thirty five years living the story.
    Another book reviewed was frightful in a different direction.  William Forstchen, writes about how easily the United States may be totally destroyed.  
The powers to be in the past scoffed about our possible involvement in WW I, Roosevelt et. Al. belittled those that warned of the attack on Pearl Harbor, the precursor of WW II,  Few listened to the prediction of the invasion by North Korea of South Korea.
    Right now North Korea has ICBM (inter continental ballistic missile} capability and they have nuclear power in their arsenal of weapons.  Iran is approaching nuclear power status, do they already have it, Pakistan has both, they are friendly with us.  However with their internal strife that capability might change hands.  
    Prior to 9 – 11 who could have thought that less than twenty enemies could illegally enter the United States and arm themselves with simple box cutters, hi-jack four large jet aircraft.  With that the enemy took down the ‘World Trade Center’ part of the ‘Pentagon’ and almost got the ‘White House’.  
Such scenarios had been discussed in private conversations amongst knowledgeable circles. My question is are we loading up the country with enemy agents carrying ’dirty’ ’nuke’ weapons?
The gang connections of international consequence could be the nucleus of such activity?  At this point in time it doesn’t seem we have much or any organized ‘Latino Gang’ activity in our area.  But look about ten miles north, ’Black Gang’ actions are becoming more active and powerful.
    It won’t take massive armies, navies or air forces to take us our knees.  That statement isn’t made out of disrespect to our beloved country…it’s just reality  
We should keep in mind history and keep an open mind.  The mind. like a parachute, serves no purpose unless it’s open.
    The Islamic Jihad is not a myth, we are their unholy enemies.  Their mission is to kill us all or convert us.  They have no respect for us or our God.  Please respect and honor God,  God Bless you and Bless America
