Where did this weather come from

For the last few years this area has received less rainfall than normal.

This year the rain has surpassed average mark by more than one inch.

The famers are happy as are the lawn caretakers.

I too am happy because the rain that falls from these beautiful skies is warm. Unlike the rains in the north.
