The Smokies wrapped up a six game series against Birmingham with a disappointing 8-2 loss in front of a 3,702 fans on Memorial Day.

Tennessee hung with the Barons into the seventh inning, trailing by only one at 3-2, but Birmingham exploded on relief pitcher Jessee Estrada, pouring in four runs to move ahead 7-2.

The Barons added one more in the top of the 9th to take the 8-2 win.
