The former owner of South Knox-Seymour Times, A.S.K. Companies, Inc. has repossessed the publication due to delinquent payments.
The publication, which was sold by A.S.K. to Equinox News Publishing, Inc. in 2006, was scheduled to be auctioned-off in front of its business in Knoxville at 10 a.m. Feb. 11, according to a notice generated by A.S.K.'s attorney Dan Scott, but the auction never took place. Announcement of the auction came after the publication faced financial woes.
Now, the Times has been repossessed by A.S.K.
