Eagles tennis split with Pigeon Forge Thursday – the girls winning 6-3 and the boys falling 2-7.

In singles competition, Maggie Dew, Andrea Markowitz, Abbey Atchley and Karla Carrodeguas all took wins for Seymour. Abbey Atchley had the most decisive victory of the day, winning 8-1 against Pigeon Forge's Julia Huskey. Markowitz and Carrodeguas also won handily with 8-3 victories.

The Lady Eagles also dominated in doubles with Dew and Markowitz taking a close 8-6 win, and Kelsey Flemming and Atchley rounding out the day for the Lady Eagles with an 8-5 victory.
