Friends and family got together at the River of Life Church in Seymour to hold a fundraising car wash to help offset the funeral expenses of Drake Martin who passed away recently. Martin was 21 and a Seymour resident. The car wash was held on Saturday, April 11th. Drake's dad Dave Martin said that considering there were other events going on that day, they still washed over 15 cars.

The church is located at Simmons Rd. and Chapman Hwy.  The group plans to hold the car wash again next Saturday. If you are driving by be sure to stop by and help them out.
