SEYMOUR – Sevier Services opened its doors in December and is dedicated to helping people who are behind on their mortgage or struggling financially through loan modification. 

A loan modification is simply when the terms of the loan are renegotiated with the bank.

“In this economy the need for loan modification is tremendous. We serve as mediators to negotiate with the bank and help people modify their loan and reduce their monthly payments to an amount that is manageable for them,” explained owner Bill Ambrose.
