Mayor Larry Waters called the meeting to order at 7:04 p.m.

Commissioner’s Frank Parton and Jimmy Temple were absent.

The previous Commission Meeting Minutes, all Commission Committees reports, Elected Officials and Department Heads were approved by voice vote.

During the public comment on agenda items Kim Pierce spoke against a special election for local option tax.  She also mentioned Captain Parton held two jobs last year, and wanted to bring to light cronyism, nepotism, free paint jobs, gas, cell phones, etc.
