It’s been a few days since the opening last month of the newest restaurant to open in Seymour, the Z Mex Grille located at 10721 Chapman Hwy. in the Macon Crossing Shopping Center and business has been brisk.  “We’ve exceeded our opening expectations,” stated owner Frank Shave.
