According to Sevier County Sheriff Ron Seals the Sevier County Sheriff’s Department received a 911 call at 1999-2 McCleary Road Sevierville, from a female resident who was at home with her five year old daughter.
According to reports a white male suspect kicked in the back door and entered the home brandishing a large knife and assaulted the victim demanding money.
 The suspect forced the victim into a bedroom and after taking a bible which he believed to contain money, fled the scene.
Within four minutes Cpl. Brad Wilds and his K-9 located the suspect at McCleary Road near Rays Gap Road and detained the suspect.  Detectives John D. Brown and Matthew Cubberley arrived at the scene and conducted an investigation which then lead to another suspect involved in the robbery.  
The two detectives identified and arrested the second suspect.  Christopher Fredrick Garrett of Deerfield Park Sevierville and Kevin Burns of 154 Panther Creek Road have been charged with Aggravated Robbery, Aggravated Kidnapping, Especially Aggravated Kidnapping, Aggravated Burglary, and Aggravated Assault.
 Both are being held at the Sevier County Jail under a $250,000 bond pending a November, 10th 2PM court appearance.
