A representative from Edsouth's Student Outreach Services division is scheduled

to present Thursday, October 2, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. at the Seymour High School Senior Parent Night. This 30 minute "Planning for After High School" presentation covers everything from choosing a college and career to successfully navigating your students through the college admissions and financial aid process.

The mission of Student Outreach Services (SOS), a program funded by Edsouth, is to provide individuals with free assistance for their educational and career future utilizing the internet, publications and outreach services. We work toward our mission by providing the Tennessee College and Career Planning System, powered by Kuder, eCampusTours.com, middle and high school multimedia presentations, college planning materials, financial aid information, a scholarship search and much more free to students in Tenessee.

A private, nonprofit corporation, Edsouth dedicates resources and invests in technology to provide cutting-edge services for schools, students and families in Tennessee. Working with school counselors, college and university administrations and industry partners, Edsouth enables students to maximize their potential and fulfill their goals in life through higher education.
