Seymour’s Cindy Poore poured it on her competition Saturday night to finish ahead of the 11-car field in the Modified Mini feature at legendary 411 Motor Speedway.
Chris Kelley, of Kodak, finished second, and Mike Sloan, of Madisonville, rounded out the top three in the always exciting Modified Mini event. Seymour’s Josh Beal was the seventh driver to cross the finish line in the race.
Another hometown driver, Seymour resident Larry Sullivan, was victorious in the Trucks Feature Saturday night. Sullivan held off Freddie Hillard, of Kodak, and Robert Martin, of Maryville, who finished second and third, respectively. Trucks points leader Tiffany Sheehan rounded out the field in seventh place Saturday night.
Mike Lewelling, of Sevierville, had another strong showing in the Modified Street Feature. Lewelling finished in front of Robbie Comer, of Lafollette, and Rocky Ogle, of Gatlinburg. Lewelling was one of four drivers from Sevierville in the seven-car Modified Street field.
