Tennessee Football Magazine ’08 Power Poll

Here’s a look at the Tennessee Football magazine Top-25 Power Poll for Week 3.

1.  Maryville (4A) 3-0
Coach George Quarles’ Rebels have won 62 consecutive games, including an unbelievable 116 of their last 118 games and the last four Class 4A state titles. Until somebody beats Maryville, the Rebels rule in Tennessee football.

2.  MBA (D-II) 3-0
Montgomery Bell Academy appears ready to defend its 2007 state D-II title after the Big Red recorded its third win of the season 14-3 over Baylor. MBA also has a 45-19 win over Antioch and defeated Cincinnati Moeller in the Kirk Herbstreit series.
