The monthly Emergency Services Meeting held each month at the Sheriff’s office reveals the cohesiveness of the intergovernmental agencies.

Reports were given by the E911 office, the Juvenile Facility and the Sheriff’s office.

There was a special report by Anthony Carr, Chief of the Pittman Center Volunteer Fire Department and the President of the Sevier County Chiefs Association.

Carr was there to request that the Mayor look into the possibility of financing the construction of a practical practice area.
