Area race fans have more reasons to attend Saturday’s dirt-track racing at Seymour’s 411 Motor Speedway than just an evening of exiting action on the track.

Track spokesperson Leslie Corum, who along with her husband Chris have been handling promotions at the legendary track for the last four weeks, said the 411 Raceway recently made an agreement with retail giant Target to offer a special promotion directed at families called the “Target Back to School Night.”

Saturday’s “Target Back to School Night” at 411 Motor Speedway will be loaded with events and contests aimed at making it an occasion that young race fans will not soon forget.

The first 25 kids who enter the grandstand area will be given a card with a number on it. A drawing will be held prior to the first feature of the night and the kid whose card-number matches the number drawn by track officials will get the honor of saying the most famous four words in racing—“Gentlemen Start Your Engines”—before the night’s opening race.
