Tiffany Sheehan, the 15-year old racing phenom from Blount County, will be going for her fifth consecutive win Saturday night in the Trucks Feature at Seymour’s legendary 411 Motor Speedway.
Sheehan, who began her racing career on the local go-cart circuit at the age of seven, collected her fourth straight checkered flag last weekend at the high-banked dirt oval.
Maryville’s Robert Martin came in second and Seymour’s Charlie Dunlap rounded out the top three in Saturday’s truck race.
Meanwhile, Knoxville resident Brad Lowe held on for an exciting victory in the 16-car Late Model Feature. Lowe, who was not included in the Late Model field a week ago, managed to stay in front of second-place finisher Jason Cardwell, of Knoxville, and third-Place finisher Josh Collins, of Powell, down the stretch to gain the win.... read the rest of the story by Subscribing now.
