A new real estate company is in town and dedicated to serve you.

Stana and Dewayne Cable have announced the formation of A Frame of Mind Real Estate. “We decided to open our company at this time to be able to serve a needed segment in our marketplace, those who are interested in buying a new home today” said Dewayne. “It became very apparent that many buyers in our marketplace are not being serviced,” Stana added.  She continued, “We believe in a very simple and basic motto, “serve well and you will sell well”. The entire premise for A Frame of Mind Real Estate is to provide customers with the ultimate in service.

To accomplish their goal they brought on Helen Black as Principal and Managing Broker. Helen worked for many years in service industries before entering real estate and has many years real estate experience. Helen understands the need for extreme service and also possesses the ability to deliver the level of service expected by A Frame of Mind Real Estate, the exclusive listing agent for Garden Villas at Landmark Point.

Garden Villas is an active adult community of 40 homes.  Garden Villas just completed their model homes and community center and is welcoming its first residents.
