Richard Stooksbury, senior security planner for Wackenhut Services, Inc.—Oak Ridge Team, received the Bronze Star Medal, with “V” device for valor, at a recent ceremony held at the Sergeant First Class Steven Kennedy, Tennessee Army National Guard Armory in Lenoir City, Tennessee.
