The Seymour Middle School Lady Eagles had three different players score in double figures in their hard-fought 57-49 win over Heritage Middle School Tuesday night at SMS.

Cydnee Harrell led the way with 14 points, including two 3-pointers and 6-of-9 at the free throw line. Jordan Ballard and Brittany Seagle had 13 points each for the victorious Lady Eagles.

Christina Slay contributed nine points and Kelsey Davis scored six points for Seymour.

After leading 29-21 at halftime, the Lady Eagles saw Heritage trim the SMS lead to 41-38 but a fourth quarter rally helped the Lady Eagles put the game away.
