Joe and Kay McCulley have opened J&K Agency, a real estate and insurance office, in Knoxville serving Knox and Blount counties and the Seymour area of Sevier County.

J&K Agency is a member of the National Board of Realtors, Tennessee Board of Realtors, Knoxville Association of Realtors and the Knoxville Multiple Listing Service. The agency will handle all aspects of real estate including residential and commercial sales and property management.

The firm will sell all types of insurance including auto, home, business, life and health for individuals and small groups. J&K Agency is an independent agency and represents numerous companies including Safeco, AIG, Metlife, Kemper, Foremost and American Modern.

Joe McCulley is the principal real estate broker and has thirty years of experience in insurance and real estate. Kay McCulley is the office manager and customer service representative (CSR) and will soon be licensed as an affiliate real estate broker.
