A couple that regularly takes walks have noticed terrible smells and discovered several dog’s on either side of the road and another spot with two dogs were stacked on top of each other.

“When we first began smelling the terrible smell, we thought it was a deer that had gone into the woods to die,” stated Chante and Roger Watkins.

After smelling the terrible smells on and off in the same area for a period of time the Watkins still assumed it was a deer. That was until one day the husband discovered a large dog laid to the side of the road. On the opposite side of the road was another smaller dog laid just a few yards down the road.

The Watkins thought it was very strange since they had never noticed or heard dogs on this part of the road.
