A Seymour man was arrested for five counts of theft in the Seymour and Sevier County.

According to Sevier County Sheriff Ron Seals, Eugene Fredrick Blair of Seymour, was arrested on five counts of theft.

Eugene Fredrick Blair of Seymour was arrest on October 20, 2007 for two counts of theft. Investigators from the Sevier County Sheriff's Department street crime unit involved Eugene Blair as a suspect in several more area thefts.

Detective Robert Rhea charged Blair with 3 more counts of thefts on October 25th 2007, Det. Rhea recovered the property and returned it to the victims.
