According to Sevier Co. Sheriff Ron Seals, SCSD received a 911 call of a attempted home invasion at 429 King Branch Road at approximately 11:13 PM on Tuesday.

Officers arrived at the homeowner who stated that two white males, dressed in camouflage clothing and stocking over their face.

The two knocked on the door and stated that they were police officers.

The homeowner would not open the door because the pair could not produce police ID.
