A GMC Envoy lost it's brakes when a car pulled out into it's lane and ended up upside down on Hwy 411 Thursday morning around 11:15 A.M.
The driver, from Kentucky has only lived in the area for a couple of months, told the Seymour Herald, "I was heading towards Maryville when a car turned out from Carr Lane and into my lane so I hit my brakes and started to swerve and I hit my brakes again and they were gone. Two of them told the Seymour Herald, "We got him out and he's OK other than his arm being a little sore."
The wreck occurred just feet from the Blount / Sevier county line on the Blount side.
