According to Sevier Co. Sheriff Ron Seals a 23 year old Seymour man was arrested on Tuesday August 28th at app. 3:45AM.
Officers were dispatched to the E Z Stop on Chapman Hwy. in Seymour to investigate a subject passed out in a vehicle in the parking lot.
Officers Jason Maddison and Charles Garren arrived on the scene and found Isaac Allen of 1545 E. Union Valley Rd. passed out under the wheel of a vehicle. Allen was taken into custody for D.U.I. at that time.
A subsequent search of the vehicle revealed several types of pills including Oxycontin, Roxicet and Xanax, all which are controlled substances. Allen was transported to Sevier Co. Jail where he was charged with DUI 2nd offence, Poss. of Sch 2 narcotic with intent to resale, Poss. of a Sch. 4 narcotic, Poss/resale of a legend drug and Poss. of drug paraphernalia.
Allen is being held in the Sevier Co. Jail awaiting arraignment at time of release.
