North Knob Creek area residents gathered on May 24th to discuss and vote on forming a legal entity that would collectively represent the community's subdivisions and neighboring farms. After a presentation by Patrick Doyle, residents voted to form the North Knob Creek Association. Board members were selected from attendees, with each area being represented by at least one board member.
In attendance was about 100 residents of the area. County Commissioners representing the 9th District were invited, as was the optimist club. None were present. Further details will be on-line in the coming days and the full story will be in next weeks Seymour Herald print edition.
