
North Knob Creek Citizens (NKCC) are getting serious about the actions, or the lack thereof, of the 9th district commissioners, Buster Norton and Judy Godfrey, to correct their indiscretion.
The group is planning to file an injunction to prevent any further action on the 14 acre site behind Smoky Crossing and bordering North Knob Creek.
A Sunday meeting nearly two weeks ago of 90 Seymour residents, including four commissioners, has become a major topic of the communities surrounding the proposed building site.
Commissioners, at the Sunday meeting promised they will go back and meet with the Optimist Club then take the issue to the county mayor, Larry Waters.
Neither Judy Godfrey nor Buster Norton was unavailable for comment at press time.
