The second consecutive day of bomb scares culminated in the arrest of a Seymour High School (SHS) astudent Friday April 20.
The student, age 15, was charged with possessing a hoax bomb made from trash found in the stands of the football stadium.
Thursday's bomb scare had Sevier County Sheriff's Department officers searching the building along with a bomb sniffing dog. Once the all clear signal was given, the students were returned to class.
Friday morning a second bomb scare forced students and faculty once again out of the building as the Sevier County Sheriff's Department searched for a bomb.
