According to Sheriff Ron Seals, two Knox County men were arrested Wednesday afternoon.

This happened after an alert Seymour resident observed two individuals kick in door at her neighbor's home off of North Pitner Road around 1:00 P.M.

The witness called 911 and Sevier County Sheriffs officers Wes Rutherford and Roy Lowe arrived approximately five minutes later.

The officers observed the pair coming out of the home with items from within the home.

Jack Edward Norton, 19 of John Norton Road was captured on the scene.
