Hobart Williams, age 69, of Walland, passed away Friday, December 8, 2006 at his home. He was a retired teacher from Blount County School System.
He was preceded in death by his parents Dan Hobart Williams Sr. and Dora P. Williams, sister, Mattie Shields.

Aaron Wayne Tallent born March 28, 1977 passed away December 9, 2006.
Aaron was a graduate of Greenback High School in 1995. He played football for Greenback during his Junior and Senior years. He was a race car driver in the 4 cylinder and Mod 4 cylinder classes at Smokey Mountain Racetracks through high school. He is preceded in death by is Grandmother: Lena Tallent, and Grandfather: Donald W. Harmon. Survived by his parents: Aaron and Vickie Tallent, Grandfather: Aaron D. Tallent of Louisville, Grandmother: Mary V. Harmon of Lisbon, OH, Sister and brother-in-law: Stacy Lee and Henry Willocks of Maryville, Nephew: Skyler Reed Tallent, Niece: Lena Grace Willocks, Aunt Debbie Floyd of Louisville, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
