The zoning commission will be holding a meeting at 5:00 p.m. at the Sevierville Civic Center in the Council Hall on Tuesday, September 26, 2006.
After a call to order and approval of the August 29 minutes they will review a site plan of a conversion of single-family dwelling to professional office at 504 Grace Avenue – Tax Map 49N, Group F, Parcel 32 – .26 ac. - Incred-I-Builders, LLC, is the applicant.
Next on the agenda is a site plan review of a conversion of a single-family dwelling to professional office (or a hair salon) at 444 Park Road – Tax Map 49N, Group D, Parcel 28 – Ray Waskoviak, is the applicant.
The applicant will be requesting action from the Board of Zoning Appeals for determination of whether or not this use can be considered as an allowable use in the HRO district. There will be discussion regarding HRO District administrative materials and they will end following any new business. The public is invited to attend.
