Amazingly, no one was seriously injured in this two car accident that happened at 500 Maryville Hwy. just before noon on Tuesday.
Four-year-old Michael Boisture suffered the only injuries in the accident, receiving a minor cut on his leg.
“They’re OK, they were just shaken up a bit,” said Michael’s mother, Lisa Boisture, who was driving the vehicle. Biosture’s other two children, Cameron, 2, and Matthew Biosture, 2 months, escaped without injuries.
Seymour resident, Johnathon Ingram was the driver of the truck and also walked away from the wreck without any injuries.
According to Lisa Boisture, the accident occurred while she was heading south on Maryville Highway and was making a left-hand turn. Ingram’s truck was heading the same direction behind the Boistures when the two cars collided and both careened off the roadway onto opposite sides of the road.
